Parma Ristorante opened its doors September of 1999. Elena Corsini Mastro wanted to bring the authentic flavors of Northern Italy. She felt the San Joaquin Valley needed a little piece of her hometown Parma. From the pasta made from scratch and authentic Italian flavors, Elena has done just that.
Parma Ristorante has been the recipient of ten California Restaurant Association - Fresno Area Chapter awards ranging from: "Best Italian Restaurant" to "Most Romantic".
